For the past seven years Jon and Kate Wright of Taylor Farm have hand-crafted award winning Gouda cheeses using fresh, sweet milk from their herd of Holsteins. The Three Mountain Inn, in Jamaica Vermont and Taylor Farms invite you to Experience a Day of Cheese Making. Learn the hands-on techniques of cheese making; be part of the daily operation of a family dairy farm.
Start your day with a three-course breakfast at the Three Mountain Inn, and then head off to the farm for this hands-on experience. Work with fresh milk from the farm's 40 Holsteins, using large cheese knives to cut the curd which eventually will turn into award winning Gouda.

Tour the Cheese-making facilities; learn about the life of a Vermont dairy farmer; visit with the 40 Holsteins cows and other animals. And finally enjoy award-winning cheese during your hay or sleigh ride.
