Mushrooming: the activity of searching for mushrooms in the wild.
There is a large number of mushrooms species that grow right here in Jamaica; Spend the weekend learning, identifying and gathering Hedge Hog, Chanterelle, Oyster, Puff Ball, and Black Trumpet mushrooms.
Join our Chef as he guides you through the woods foraging for mushrooms. Later enjoy a special dinner featuring local Mushrooms and wine pairings.
