From our luxurious lodging accommodations to our centuries old building, we strive to make your stay a pleasant and memorable experience. To that end, please review the following policies carefully and feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns.


Safety, Services and Facilities:
We are maintaining a contact-less check-in/out process.
Rooms will continue to be spotlessly clean and sanitized with hospital grade sanitizer.
For your safety as well as our staff, daily housekeeping will not be provided.
For your convenience, there is a Keurig Coffee machine and pods as well as a small refrigerator in each room.

The Inn's facilities and guest rooms are for the use of registered guest only.

While we no longer offer breakfast or dining, there are plenty of great nearby places. 

As always, we live on property, so we will still be here to see you, chat and of course make recommendations. 

Minimum Stay Requirements:
Two night reservations are requested for weekends and peak foliage season, three nights on certain holiday weekends.

Deposit:
All reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to 50% of the reserved stay, with a minimum of one room night.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Should you cancel your stay twenty-one (21) days or more prior to your arrival, we will be happy to hold your deposit for a future stay, or arrange for a refund less a $50.00 credit card processing fee.
Within the 21 days, we do not normally refund, but we will make every effort to re-book the room and in the event that we are successful, we will hold your deposit for a future stay.

Arrival day cancellations, late arrivals, early departures or no shows will be responsible for the entire reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in is anytime after 1:00 pm. 
Check-out is anytime before 1:00 pm.

Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards.

Holiday, Peak & Seasonal Rates:
During peak periods and holidays add $35.00 per night to the room rate.
Peak Season and Holidays are:
New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Weekend, President's Week, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Week, and New Year's Eve.
Fall Foliage (Mid September until the end of October)
Prices Subject to Change.

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards:
Black out dates apply for some Gift Certificates and Gift Cards, therefore we ask that you mention your Gift Certificates or Gift Cards when making your reservation.

Room Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy of two adults per room.

Children:
The Inn is not appropriate for children under 12 years of age.

Smoking:
Please note that according to Vermont Law, our Inn is non-smoking. A $300.00 cleaning fee will be assessed.

Pets:
Dogs are allowed in certain rooms by prior arrangement. There is a nightly Pet Accomodation Fee. Please inquire before making a reservation.

Taxes:
All rates are subject to Vermont Rooms and Meals tax of 10%; Beer and wine have a 11% tax.

Travel Agent Commissions:
Due to our intimate size and the rate structure of our rooms, we do not pay travel agent commissions or booking fees, unless agreed upon in advance by written agreement.

Technology:
WiFi is available in the guest rooms. Cell coverage throughout Vermont is spotty at best. In the Village the only service available is AT&T.
